Stress Relievers

Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation.

Uncontrolled stress can cause physical and mental impairments.

Signs of Stress:

  • Sleep Problems

  • Muscle Aches And Headaches

  • Chest Pains

  • Highblood Pressure

  • Panic Attacks

  • Changes To Menustral Cycles

  • Increasing of Physical Or Health Problems.

Stress leads to undesired behavior such as:

  • Crying too much

  • Spending or shopping too much

  • Snapping at people

  • Unable to concentrate

  • Problems with focusing and remembering things

  • Withdrawal from people

There are things you can do to alleviate stress to get your life back balanced.and back on track. They are:

  • breath work

  • dancing

  • walking

  • create some art work

  • listen to music

  • go outside

  • progressive muscle relaxation

  • take a quick nap

  • get rid of a nagging task

  • watch something that makes.you laugh.

  • discontinue negative friendships

If you are dealing with stress, begin to take measures to digress before stress takes dominion over your life. On a daily basis take out the time to indulge in self care because your life depends on it.
