How to Create a Fabulous Home Office Environment
This pandemic has forced many of us to work from home. Kudos to the ones who has been doing this prior to the pandemic. We can make the best of this experience and enjoy working from home by creating an office space in our home that we are proud of. I’ve come up with six ideas that can help you create a good home office environment in no time.
Find wall photos are any wall art that are inspirational such as: a funny quote, bible quote or any quote from your favorite author to keep you inspired as you work.
Find some table or floor lamps to use if you’re working at night or before daylight. Throughout the day natural sunlight is great because it gives you a sense of calmness as you think and work.
3. Find some attractive or colorful storage to use for filing . You can purchase file cabinets online or at any office supplies store or online at Walmart. I suggest colors that accompany your office wall art or work chair to make your office attractive. You also can use things like: magazine type racks and children library style shelves.
Fast company.com suggest that if you're using a guest bedroom as an office trick out your closet with a shelving system, so you can minimize the need for storage in the main office area. I love this idea because you are improvising what you have and adding your own creativity.
4.Add some plants to bring a little bit of green life into your home office. I love indoor plants inside of an office, it makes it more inviting.
5. Switch out often family photos to keep the atmosphere interesting and less mundane. Switching pictures around keeps the work environment exciting.
6. Keep things stocked regularly such as: ample pens, printer paper, stamps, markers etc. Last but not least keep your office refrigerator fully stocked with drinks,and snacks to keep you refreshed throughout your work day.
