The Better Me Challenge

I learned several years ago that you have to challenge yourself if you want to succeed at a particular task, if you want to move up in your career or if you want to make some adjustments in your life. Nothing good comes easily, we have to set goals, plan, prepare and execute. It takes work and enthusiasm to get the job done. I hold myself to these standards because I want to be the better me. I’m tired of settling for less than my best I want to soar like an eagle. After listening to people that are driven and successful I started to live daily by these three principles: Plan A Day Prior, Get Up Early, and Execute My Plans.

We all know that when we thoroughly plan we get good results. I always plan in advance such as I write stuff down in my calendar, I purchase materials and the things I need for a project a week or two in advance, if I’m teaching a new lesson to my students, I try it at home first, prior to doing an interview, I do my homework I gather all the information about the individual and their business. I always try to stay too steps ahead to leave less room for errors.

Getting up early allows you to plan and to orchestrate your day. Ideas are fresher the first part of the day, because your brain had time to rest which is helpful for your thinking and reasoning skills. Getting up early allows you to add some finis…

Getting up early allows you to add some finishing touches to your projects and to do some last minute check ins to people on your team. Another benefit is that you have time to eat a good balance breakfast, or work out to get your blood flowing.

After you plan a day prior, and get up early you are ready to execute your plans. Executing means to put your plan in action. Do not get caught up in the what if's, I don't think I should do that and other self doubting stuff. We just have to belie…

After you plan a day prior, and get up early you are ready to execute your plans. Executing means to put your plan in action. Do not get caught up in the what if's, I don't think I should do that and other self doubting stuff. We just have to believe in ourselves no matter how it may look. Trust me the more you execute your plans the more accomplished you will feel. Like the saying goes. “ Practice makes perfect”

I would like to hear from you, tell me some principles that you practice daily to help you be the better you. Drop down in the comment section and share. Thanks for reading, talk to you soon.
