4 Ways To Start Healthy Helpful Habits

Change is necessary if you want to evolve, but first you must create habits that bring about the change. We learned that a habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. Therefore if you create good habits you will experience different outcomes in your life. Within  the last two years of my life I was blessed to create different habits which afforded me the opportunity to excell as a person, mom, wife, employee and business owner. I will like to share with you 4 of the healthy habits that I incorporated in my life that helped me to evolve and they are:

I will like to share with you 4 of the healthy habits that I incorporated in my life that helped me to evolve and they are:

Savings-  Pay yourself each time you receive any sort of payment whether it's money from your paycheck, payment from a service you rendered, a monetary gift, etc. You should save at least 10% of your earning and sit back and watch your money grow.

Exercising-  Commit to doing 30 minutes of physical fitness a day. The object is moving your body, increasing your blood flow and loosening your muscles. Exercising is great for increasing your mood.

Eating Healthier- Add fruits and vegetables in your diet daily. Drink more water, cut back on sweets, fried foods, salty foods, junk food, eat more lean meat.

Practice 30 Minutes Of Self Care-  Treat yourself/pamper yourself with a hot bubble bath with relaxing music, go for a drive and listen to your favorite playlist or go somewhere quiet to journal or take in nature. 30 minutes of selfcare can be spent doing something you really enjoy. Practicing self care  can boost your self esteem and your love for yourself and others. What are some things you do to create healthy habits?
