The holidays are here, and you know how we celebrate: entertainment and food. We celebrate with food for almost any occasion such as: baby showers, wedding receptions, birthday parties, staff meetings, etc. Basically we love food. How many of you count your calories, or watch your carb intake when you're eating? To be honest most of us do not. How many of you exercise 30 minutes a day or after you eat that big meal?
