5 Fun Ways To Get Physically Fit

It's officially spring, and the weather is getting nice. It’s almost time to wear sleeveless blouse, spaghetti straps, tank tops, t-shirts, shorts, dresses, sandles and so forth. We like to show off our skin and fashions. We can do all of the above but we can not forget about the physical fitness. It's required that we work out at least 30 minutes a day. Being physically fit gives us great benefits like: a healthier heart, a toned body, stronger muscles, tighter abs, more energy, better mood and a great night sleep. Why wouldn't you want to look and feel your best? I think exercising is very important that's why I want to share with you 5 fun ways you can exercise and become physically fit.
Have A Dance Party- Put on your favorite music and move your body. You can do this in your home and you can get your kids or other family members involved. My daughter and I have dance parties all the time. To make your dance party really fun and to have something to watch later on, you can make a tic tic or YouTube video. I love looking back at my old videos to get a good laugh. I post my workout videos on social media to encourage others to exercise.
2. Build Your Own Workout- You can incorporate your favorite exercises in one workout session. Exercises I do regularly are: sit ups, squats, push ups, planks,and jump roping. You can do any exercise of your choice for 60 seconds before you move to the next exercise. You will get a great workout if you do 60 seconds for each exercise. After you complete all the exercises. take a water break and do the exercises over so you can get the workout you need. Doing this consistently on an everyday basis will help tone up your muscles, lose weight, burn calories and become more physically fit.
3. Go walking with neighbors, friends, or family members. You can set days or a specific time to go walking .Make sure you stay hydrated by taking along a water bottle on your walk. Walking helps you to sweat and sweat causes you to burn calories which in turn will cause you to lose weight. Walking is also good for great blood flow to your heart and other organs in your body.
4. Go outside and play your favorite sport and run. Playing sports like basketball, football, soccer, kickball, or tennis works out your legs, heart, shoulders and arms. You're having fun and getting a workout at the same time. If you're playing in a sport at least 30 minutes, you're getting the daily required amount of physical fitness.
5. Do some housework or chores.- You'll be amazed at how much calories you can burn by cleaning your home. I bust a sweat by vacuuming, moving furniture, cleaning out the refrigerator, mopping and folding clothes. I’m getting in my physical fitness by moving my body and working my arms and shoulders.
In closing, there are lots of things you can do to get in your 30 minutes of physical fitness .If you have stairs in your home walk up and down the stairs a couple times a day. All I'm saying is there is no excuse in getting physically fit, so let's do it.
