I have a busy lifestyle with demands and demands brings about stress. I don’t like to feel inadequate, and empty and I despise limitations. I've always wanted to live comfortable, debt, sick and stress free. I've always worked hard to reach my goals. Sometimes circumstances get in the way of me achieving what I want. When God gives me a second chance I try to capitalize on his blessings. Life has been good and interesting lately, I’ve gained wisdom on how to approach and deal with situations that allowe me to have good outcomes. I am honored to share with you four of my biggest stress relievers.

  1. Praying/Talking To God : I believe praying has helped me not to worry as much and it gives my mind a sense of calmness. When I pray I feel like I'm releasing all of the negative and stressful things out of my life. I feel more confident after I pray. Talking to God gives me an opportunity to confess and share secrets that I don’t have to worry about it getting leaked out.

2. Retail Shopping: Retail is a girl's best friend. There is something refreshing about buying something new that lifts my spirits and shifts my mood. I try to do a little retail shopping at least once a week. I treat myself often., it can be as small as me buying a cup of coffee buying my favorite scent from Bath and Body Works or a nice blouse from H&M. I believe if you're a hard worker you deserve to treat yourself to something nice.

3. Watching T.V- Television has become one of my top stress relievers. Watching T.V. allows you to escape from your issues for a little while. When I watch my favorite show it takes my mind off of my problems. I gain creative ideas and fashion tips from celebrities., catchy slogans, current events and I learn about the latest celebrity gossip. Watching TV. is a great way to relax.

4. Vlogging - Creating videos has given me an outlet. I'm enjoying sharing videos and helping others embrace themselves and step out of the box. Creating videos has motivated me to be better and it helped pushed me through my fears of coming out and speaking in front of the camera. Vlogging has allowed me to voice my views and opinions and simply have fun while doing it.
