Five Positive Things We Should Do Daily

Hello, I love self care, I'm a firm believer in living your blessed-stressed free life and living up to your full potential. In order to do so you must negative proof your life and engage in the things that will help you to thrive and be the best daily. Over the last couple of years in my life I learned how to be happy, live peacefully and rise above negativity and drama. I will be sharing with you 5 things I do daily to live life happily they are…..

  1. SELF-CARE ❀

    You should indulge in a self-care regimen. Self-care is anything that is going to lift your mood, put you at the center of relaxation, calmness, and mindlessness. You should designate time daily to unwind and take your mind off of issues.

2. PRAY/MEDITATE πŸ™πŸ½

Praying and meditating allows you to release all those negative thoughts from your mind, so you can allow good thoughts to come in. I feel better after I pray and I feel more confident than before. I have to pray when I awake in the mornings, because sometimes I have negative thoughts and emotions. Prayer helps me to set a positive tone for the day and it helps me to adjust my attitude towards the people I come into contact with.

3. SAY OUT LOUD THE THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR. πŸ€—

Having a grateful attitude sparks positivity. Happy people love being around other happy people. Being grateful is a sign of humbleness. We all need to eat a piece of the humble pie. Humbleness keeps you grounded and stable.

4. EXERCISE πŸ’ͺ🏾

Exercising has helped me to gain more energy. Prior to exercising regularly I was less energetic, and unenthused. Exercising has helped sparked my creativity, brought back my happiness and I feel less tensed. It is recommended that we exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercising helps strengthen your brain muscles, and helps with weight loss.

5. LAST THING.. HAVE SOME FUN πŸŽ‰

Whether you are unemployed, employed or an business owner, take some time out of your daily schedule to have some fun.

  • Listen to your favorite music

  • Watch a favorite throwback

  • Face-time your favorite relative or friend and laugh about the old times

  • Leave home a little earlier and take an alternative ride to work

  • Make a collage

  • Make a reel

  • Record a video and post it on social media

  • Do something random that you can laugh at later.
