Summer Survival Kit August 2, 2021 Bloggingwithapril We have only a month left before summer ends. Is it me or did it seemed like summer has snuck in and now it’ s almost over? If you have not taken advantage of the outdoors or some type of summer activity, I suggest you get into it and enjoy the remainder of the season. Depending on the type of activity that you want to engage in whether it's an indoor or outdoor activity, you want to have all your essentials to enjoy the activity. I'm going to break down a few things you need in your summer survival kit. If you’re having a picnic , going to a barbecue or engaging in any outdoor festivities you need sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, sunhat (women), baseball hat (men) and water. It is important that you stay hydrated if you're going to be outdoors. If you're going to take a walk or exercise outdoors make sure you beat the heat and go early in the mornings or late in the evenings to enjoy your workout. If you're vacationing go somewhere that has a pool or a beach the breeze from the water will keep you cool as you enjoy the beach or the lake and also make sure you take a chair with a umbrella to relax after your swim or to simply enjoy while you're getting some sun. If you're indoors make sure your air conditioner is working properly. These are the ways to ensure that your air conditioner is working properly:Inspect your filter Monitor your thermometer to see if it’s working properly or need any batteries Analyze your blower- go outside to see if the fan is running and feel the air at the top Look at your drain line to see if the coil is covered with ice, if the line is leaking you need more coolant in your system.Consider the weather- if your unit is old and the weather is really hot, your unit may work twice as harder to cool the home you may want to consider getting a newer unit. Last but not least, make sure your taking a multi liquid vitamin to boost your immune system and to help fight against illnesses. Nutraburst has 72 minerals, 10 vitamins including vitamins A, C, D, and B-12. 22 Phytonutrients including orange, grapefruit, strawberry, broccoli, pineapple, apple, raspberry and others. 19 aminoacids, 13 whole food greens and 12 herbs. These were just a few things you should add to your summer survival kit to help you enjoy the remainder of the summer. I have a bonus video I will like for you to watch.
